Smile Direct Club:

I was about to spend almost 6K on orthodontics when we discovered Smile Direct club which offers Invisalign supported by a remote orthodontist. If that's in your risk tolerance wheelhouse you can get a 3D scan of your teeth and the whole set of Invisalign shipped to your door. It cost us $1750 (which we paid for through our HSA).  So far I'm super impressed. Watching the 3D scanner was amazing.
